Chuck Stegall owns and operates Above the Clouds Tree Care. He has been in the industry since 2015 and a certified arborist since 2019. He was in the horticulture program at St. Louis Community College-Meramec and graduated with the degree  Associate in Science General STEM Transfer Studies
